- MVMichaell ValladaresDec 5, 20251.0I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app, the order was accepted, and I was charged in full with a pickup time given. When I arrived, the employee pulled my receipt out of the trash and casually told me they “don’t honor those coupons.” No call, no text, no heads-up, nothing. They cancelled my order without informing me, tossed the receipt, and acted like it was no big deal. When I asked why I was charged if they weren’t going to honor it, I got attitude and a dismissive, “you’ll get your refund in a few days.” So I left hungry, out money, and having wasted time and gas because this store can’t communicate. Rude. Unprofessional. Zero customer care. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time here either.
