The food always tasted high-quality, consistent, and genuinely fresh. But something has changed over the past year. Some of my favorite menu items have disappeared, and even the things that remain just don’t taste the same. The bread is different, the freshness isn’t there, and overall the quality feels like it’s gone downhill. I’m honestly disappointed because Panera used to be my go-to spot, and I really miss how it used to be.

Knowing we are standing there and they are preoccupied filling containers etc. Then were rude. The restaurant was a mess, napkins on the floors, tables not clean, lemonade empty and residue in the green and ice teas. Went to the restroom and it was filthy. We won’t be back.

I’ve always got U pick two with a cup of soup and an half salad. For the last couple weeks, the soup - regardless what kind of soup - has been so salty that’s inedible!!
