The bread is different, the freshness isn’t there, and overall the quality feels like it’s gone downhill. I’m honestly disappointed because Panera used to be my go-to spot, and I really miss how it used to be.

Knowing we are standing there and they are preoccupied filling containers etc. Then were rude. The restaurant was a mess, napkins on the floors, tables not clean, lemonade empty and residue in the green and ice teas. Went to the restroom and it was filthy. We won’t be back.
