  Wow!! I ordered a spinach wrap. They heat up a flour tortilla. After a while the spinach wrap was ready. Asked for roast beef no cheese. They added cheese. The manger said sorry we’re busy. I left. I’m going to go to places that don’t use sorry we’re busy.

  Absolute garbage location. Usually only one employee so it takes an hour to get a sandwich.

  This location has been so slow for so long now. We used to love coming here. We order online for pick up & it is never ready when we come. And we now anticipate it taking longer because they are slow so we will order almost an HOUR ahead and it is still not ready, and has several orders ahead of ours. We stopped coming for a while but decided to give it a try again and same thing. Ordered it and waited a long time to go pick it up & we are still having to wait an extra half an hour for them to make the sandwich while standing in the store. You can't order it in person or in advance without having to wait 30 plus minutes. I feel for the workers because somethings not right for this to keep happening. They need a better system or hire more employees.

  Restaurant was close at 5:58pm when hours stated otherwise. My order was missing all the condiments, extra side of sauce, and the sandwiches were all cold when I requested them to be toasted. Called the restaurant and the employee said he didn’t make those sandwiches and that there’s nothing he can do. He said they’re closed and hung the phone up. Awful customer service.
