  Ordered a sourdough sandwich.. it was dry, bacon was nasty, and they decided to use the smallest slice of sourdough for my top bread. Seriously??! First and last time here.

  Ive been here and it wasnt as bad but today we got a crueller, hashbrowns and a latte. The crueller was cold and soggy, hashbrowns had a strange taste and almost made my mom vomit and the latte was soo sweet it wasnt enjoyable. The service wasnt bad but very slow. Nice girl but it seemed like she was not getting much help. Its not a great atmosphere but its not bad either. 😐

  At approximately 2 PM yesterday, I drove through the Dunkin’ Donuts off El Toro Rd. I hardly ever eat fast food or use drive-throughs. On the rare occasions that I do, the experience isn’t always great and understandably so, cashiers deal with a lot of impatient and preference oriented customers. However, this visit was a refreshing exception. The young woman, Sydney who took my order was calm, patient, and even kind enough to make a suggestion when asked. She was well mannered and chuckled along with me. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by Michael, who was just as pleasant. I asked him to pass along a kind word because she truly made a positive impression.The coffees were delicious, the meal tots were perfectly crunchy, and while the sandwich was good, I’d probably skip the bagel next time unless you plan to eat it right away. Lastly, I have always loved the Dunkin’ app deals! They’re seriously a steal. Dunkin’ was my saving grace in college. I highly recommend this specific location. The service is sweet, the food comes out fast, and the access in and out is super easy. Dunkin’ off El Toro Rd., you’ve got a new fan!
