  Most BWW doesn’t charge a cover for UFC yet this location always charges a 10.00 cover. IMO they don’t warrant a cover with their mediocre drinks and food

  Didn't cut up huge chicken tenders in a salad. No knife. No ranch. Friend walks back over from our hotel. They tell her that they have no disposable knives and give her a tiny little container of ranch. Didn't even bother eating it. You guys are a joke

  I usually have very pleasant experiences with other BWW locations, but this location in particular has been very distasteful. For starters, upon entering the establishment, I could hear one of the managers yelling at one of the employees. After an employee Came out of the kitchen and asked me for my online order, I gave her my name and she told me She would retrieve my order. They had advised us that our food would be ready within 15 minutes, It took Over 20 minutes To get to the location where I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. After receiving my order, I checked and made sure everything looked good just to discover that the wings I ordered were completely dry and had no seasoning, I also asked for salt and vinegar dry rub on my fries and they were bare. She did fix the issue But after getting home and finishing my drink, I noticed the soda dispensary tap had fallen inside my drink… (picture for reference). This is my first and last time at this location.

  When I show up to pick up my order there is never any one around to serve me. Last time there, I had to walk through their kitchen calling out for a server so I could retrieve my order. This has happened on numerous occasions. Wings are good, but they must be extremely short staffed.
