  Nothing special, just fast food. They didn't spell my name right even though I spelled it for them and I watched my food sit for a long time until they finally tried saying my name. They called out my order, then botched my name. I watched multiple people that ordered after me come and go, but where is my food!! Geeze! I just can't!!!!

  Employees are friendly and the service and food is great! I love my Mexican friends at polo loco, El Toro lake Forest. J D

  Gave us very little chicken in our pollo bowl. I have been to several other chains and they give more chicken. The cashier ask us to take the food to go at 945 when we were ordering be because they close at 10.

  Did the chicken get smaller and prices higher? Yes! The chicken pieces were like the size of a small hen. Prices, of course, have gone up. The restaurant is very clean, but extremely cold. When I asked if they could take the air conditioner down or turn off. They said not because it would break. Overall, it is a fast food place with ok food, but not nearly the quality it used to be.
