  You can no longer order your food at this restaurant. You have to go on this machine and go through their entire menu. It is very cumbersome and difficult to actually get to the end. I wanted two meals but was only able to order one because I would have had to start all over again. I will never go to another El Pollo Loco that does not have people that take your order. This is what happens when you impose a twenty dollar per hour minimum wage. People lose their jobs and machines take their place that make it very difficult just to get some lunch.

  Lake Forest el pollo is a hot and it's prime location in a industrial park vicinity people are nice food is good and nothing negative to say about this location call it an oasis.
