  Take out. Buffalo wild wings app ready in 15 min. I arrive after 20 min. No employee assigned to front desk ...... Long story short, instead of using a camera and just going up front and checking on customers that I've been waiting too long You should have a host like most other restaurants reading the customers checking on their needs and giving them accurate wait times.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This Buffalo Wild Wings is an absolute dumpster fire run by people who clearly have no business in the service industry. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and then lied to, this is your spot. Everyone else? STAY FAR AWAY. The "Service" was Non-Existent We sat for 45 minutes just waiting for a single drink. After being ignored by our server FOUR TIMES, I finally had to walk to the bar myself. Instead of an apology, the bartender had the audacity to tell us we were "cut off" because the servers—who hadn't even bothered to speak to us—claimed we "looked drunk." We had exactly one shot. This was a pathetic, lazy excuse to cover up their own incompetence. Management is a Total Joke The management here is a complete embarrassment to the brand. I had to hunt down a manager myself after being ignored for an hour. When he finally showed up, he looked me in the eye, admitted I didn't look drunk, and then just shrugged and said, "It is what it is." No apology. No accountability. Just a blank, useless stare. He promised a new server would "fix" things. Instead, this new server played a game of "let’s pretend to take your order," only for us to find out ANOTHER HOUR later that the order was never even placed. When we demanded an explanation, management actually told me "the customer isn't always right," even after admitting their own staff failed. The Hall of Shame If you value your sanity and your money, stay away from these specific individuals: • EMILY • RILEY • VANESSA These people are unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly, an insult to paying customers. This was the most pathetic dining experience of my life. Corporate needs to gut this location and start over.

  Terrible service and overall a really disappointing experience. I understand that places get busy on UFC nights, but waiting 40 minutes for drinks and food is completely unacceptable—especially when you’re charging a $10 entrance fee per person for the event. The entire night we were left hanging with barely any attention from staff. Orders took forever, drinks were delayed, and it felt like no one cared to check in or keep things moving. To make matters worse, the way they tried to handle the situation was by offering a $10 refund on the entrance fee, which doesn’t really make up for spending the whole night waiting around instead of enjoying the fight. On top of that, two of the waiters—Emily and Riley—were particularly rude and dismissive when we tried to address the issues. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed and uninterested. If you’re planning to watch a UFC fight here, be prepared for long waits, poor service, and a frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the cover charge. If there were zero stars too they would've totally deserved that. Save your money and time and try to enjoy UFC at another place.
