I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake. When I showed up the day before and realized what happened, I was definitely stressed. Gavin and Christina were amazing. Instead of turning me away or sticking strictly to the 24 hour policy, they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution right away. They were able to get a cake made for me in less than 24 hours, and I just picked it up. It looks fantastic and exactly what I needed for the party. I am so grateful for how they handled everything. They really went out of their way to help me even though the situation was my fault. That level of care and customer service means a lot. Huge thank you to Gavin and Christina for going above and beyond and helping make sure the party could go on as planned.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
