  I was looking forward to stopping at Arby’s all week. Stopped in today at the Lake Forest store. I usually get the Gyro, but today I was enticed by my former favorite brisket sandwich. Very disappointing. When I opened the box in my car, I noticed there’s no crunchy onions on it. And it looked like it had been microwaved about a week ago. When I went back in the woman at the counter, told me they no longer do crispy onions. Although it’s in the photo on the menu.

  You make me park and bring food out to my.car when no one is behind me Makes no sense you trying to boost your wait time at the window hello im still here waiting and now u ha e to take my food outside?

  Fantastic roast beef sandwich! As good as it has always been. The fries were hot and crisp! Very happy with my visit.

  Typical Arby’s, great roast beef sandwich, classic. Even better when you can buy the “2 for $7” deal. This location is clean, and a little hard to find. It’s on a dead end street, just off the freeway. Friendly service and easy parking. Recommended.
