  I visited McDonald's this morning and experienced a frustrating situation that I feel compelled to share. While placing my order, I realized that I wasn't charged for all the items I ordered. When I approached the employee to let her know, she apologized but told me I would have to wait in the long line again to add the missing items. This was quite upsetting, as it felt unfair to make me wait again for a mistake that was not my fault. The line was significantly longer, making the situation even more frustrating. Ultimately, we were only given half of our order initially and had to wait for the second half to be prepared since they fulfill orders in the sequence they receive them. I appreciate the staff's apologies, but clear communication and a more customer-friendly approach could greatly improve the experience. I hope management considers reevaluating how such situations are handled in the future.
