I had not done that before so whenever I get into the drive thru I let them know I'm there to pickup and that is when they start making the food, which is great because the food is fresh. Since I changed my mind and went inside instead I got there and said "I'm picking up and order for Patricia" and they said "ok". I was standing there about 10 minutes and finally one of the ladies says "you have to check in on the app so they can start making your order". I had no idea I had to do that when picking up an order inside since i always pick up in the drive thru. For that reason I gave this location 4 stars. They need better communication with the customer especially if they see someone standing there more than 10 minutes. Besides that this location always has fresh food and they are polite and if you want an item made a certain way they make it that way which is great of them.
