- SLSean LoweJul 30, 20252.0When ordering on the app i placed an order then went back to edit the flavor of the wings on one of my 12 piece and it reset itself to 6 piece instead of 12 on their wednesday wing bogo promotion. I called not knowing that it reset itself back to 6 wings. The lady answered the phone told me no you ordered 1 12 piece and 1 6 piece. I said why would I do that if its a bogo.she immediately said can I do anything else for you OK have a good night. Made feel stupid. She could have said oh im sorry let me fix that for you. Another 6 wings would have been the same price either way. Disappointed in service. Smh

She must be pretty miserable to make such a fuss over food! It’s very disturbing that someone like that is a manager, has zero customer service, and works around food. I definitely won’t be coming back here and you shouldn’t either! The manager presented herself as petty and extremely unprofessional! Extremely disappointed!
