  It’s convenient that this location is new since I always have to drive an extra mile to either the Norco or the Lake Elsinore Mission Trail location so now finally, I can save some gas. I got an iced protein mocha here and I always get my iced mochas a darker brown color, and I even paid $8 for this drink. I even added White Chocolate and Chocolate Macadamia Nut and this did not taste nor look like a mocha or anything at all. I know I drank most of it in the picture but it looked and tasted like a generic iced latte to me. I regret not going back and telling them how I felt about my drink I felt really disappointed. The fact that I paid $8 for this, I feel like I might just continue driving the extra mile to the other Dutch Bros locations just so I can get my iced mochas the way I like it.

  First of all, they do not have enough employees working there so the wait is very long, we waited at least 40 minutes for our order, second of all their drive-thru system is very unorganized so several customers can cut in line, this has happened to me many times, third of all my drink had more ice than the drink itself, and my friend couldn't drink theirs so they gave it to me, and it was very sour, so sour in my throat that I coughed so hard and they thought I was dying. We also had to listen to their music during our wait, which was terrible! Overall, terrible service, music, and drinks.

  The worst Dutch Bros!!!! They take forever to get your order and even longer to make it! Also, I hate the double line thing! After this visit, I'm never returning! I waited 30 minutes and two cars cut in front of me! I'm sticking with Starbucks from now on! I have some choice words for the cars who cut in front and for Dutch Bros, but I'm a Christian, so I won't say them. Bye bye Dutch Bros!

  I have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and I’m still 3 cards from the front. The time it takes for drinks is a joke. Never coming back. Dutch Bros needs to ask Starbucks how to make coffee or hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
