Explained the situation but, Paul was more concern on giving excuses or telling that that's the way it is on thin crust pizza rather than fixing the issue. I offer to send images as evidence but, I was just told, "I'm not about to give you me cell phone number". I guess the store doesn't have an image to send images. I was told that I would get a credit but, there was no confirmation or anything apart from an explanation that they keep a list of customers to give credits to. Very unfortunate situation.
