I asked her for help paying, and she told me, "I'll finish helping these people and be right back." 15 minutes went by before I was finally able to pay for my order. Then, when I tried to place my order, she said, "Give me a moment," and once again refused to assist me because, according to her, she was "too busy." I can understand that happening once, but I waited 30 minutes just to place my order, and she kept telling me, "Not yet—give me a moment!" 😡 Horrible service from this woman. This happened at the El Pollo Loco located at Central and Collier in Lake Elsinore.
