I called today Saturday 3.28.26 around 1pm and spoke with Lance. I’m not sure if this is a lead or manager or supervisor but I explained I had a gluten allergy and didn’t eat the night before because that was my food that was missing. Lance sounded careless as if he just wanted to get me off the phone, he placed me on hold for a while (not sure why) and then asked what time I could go in. All he said was “I’ll tell them to do better.” Sir the fact I explained I have an allergy, didn’t eat last night, have to call today, and go in later today to pick up food is an inconvenience to me and THIS is where you “do better.” I understand mistakes happen, but sounding careless and as if I am the one inconveniencing you wasn’t the way to handle this.

It was like my bun had been recently thawed from being frozen and my chicken was cold. I told the worker and she walked away and came back and handed me another sandwich and I drove away. I think she just gave me back the same cold sandwich. By the time we drove away we noticed that all 4 fries were cold and hard and all the sandwiches were cold. It was late and once we got on the freeway, I called and the manager acted like she couldn't help. She would only help if I came back and returned my food for the second time. Im so tired of spending so much money and getting crappy food and horrible service.

Lake elsinore location seems to be less busy than other location. I wonder if this is the problem. Sandwich it's made and left in their warmer so when the customer arrives they give those already made cold sandwiches.. Chick-fil-A you can do better.
