- SSsana5 days ago1.0Was going to the vending machine when one of your employees saw me and started racing me there to buy the product left previously by another customer. Short, brunette, late 60s...?, and typically seen around the floral/customer service area. I called her out on it, and she claimed to be on her break when I had just seen her doing her job like she should be.
- LLLosMar 29, 20261.0Unfair Access to Pokémon Vending Machine – Needs Attention I’ve had a frustrating experience at the Albertsons in Lake Elsinore regarding the Pokémon Center vending machine. It appears that an employee may be purchasing large amounts of product before customers even have a fair chance to access it. These machines are meant for the public—especially kids and collectors—not for employees to clear out inventory for resale. When this happens, it creates an unfair environment and defeats the purpose of having the machine available in-store. I’m asking management to please look into this and consider setting clear rules (such as purchase limits or restricting employee access before customers). This would help ensure fair access for everyone. I enjoy shopping here otherwise, but this issue really needs to be addressed.

My only complaint, is the cashier that helped us wasn't so people friendly. He didn't even greet us, seemed liked he had an attitude and didn't say anything when he finished our transaction. The young man that was bagging our items was very nice, he provided us with great customer service.
