  I visited this Subway around 11:40 a.m. because they had a $7.99 deal that included chips and a drink, even though I don’t live near this location. The store itself is very big, clean, and looks nice inside, which gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Even though there were no other customers when I came in, the employee seemed rushed and not very welcoming. I don’t know his name, but he was working the morning shift and had tattoos on his hands. I ordered a meatball sub and was told there were no vegetables available except lettuce, which was confusing and disappointing. I also asked to use the restroom and was told there was no restroom, even though it was clearly visible in the store. That experience felt frustrating and unnecessary. The food was okay, but the service really affected the visit. After this experience, I understand why this location has a 3.3-star rating. The store has a lot of potential, but better customer service would make a big difference.

  My recent experience at this Subway location was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and warmly, creating an inviting first impression. The staff members were extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Their customer service stood out, as they took the time to ensure my order was prepared exactly the way I requested. The atmosphere in the restaurant was clean, organized, and welcoming. The team maintained a positive environment that made the experience pleasant and comfortable. It’s clear that the employees take pride in providing great service and creating a friendly dining experience. Overall, this location consistently demonstrates high standards in customer care, cleanliness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Subway restaurant to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant atmosphere.

  Maria who took care of us was very polite and very friendly service is above and beyond here. Best subway store.
