The manager, Anthony, refused to accept Subway coupons and told me that since the store is a franchise, the owner can make any decision they want. There was no sign posted anywhere to inform customers about this, which feels misleading. On top of that, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. Customers deserve honesty, consistency, and respect, but this location failed on all of those. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this Subway.
