Me and my husband went in tonight about 8-8:30 pm. There are barely any workers in the store, and the ones you do walk by say nothing to you. I went to ask a worker to help me find an item who was working the self checkout line. There was no one even in self checkout and barely any customers in the store. When I asked her where the item was she gave me a quick answer and before I could even respond she quickly walked off to go talk to her co-worker. It was very rude to be honest. She didn’t even wait to let me respond, see if there was anything else she could help with or anything. All she did was go to chat with coworkers and got on her phone. When we came back to check out she wasn’t even there to help us, but rather on her phone. I guess being on your phone and not helping customers, even though there is barely anyone in the store is the 2025 version of customer service at Pavillions
