This of course is no fault of the employees. However, the guy on the drive-through could have been much nicer about everything and had a better sense of customer service. Once I finally got my food, they had forgotten one item plus they didn’t give me my receipt. I had to ask for it. The fries were undercooked and totally disgusting! The burger was cold, and the bread was a bit hard around the edges. Probably the worst experience I have had at a McDonald’s
