I asked for extra salsa and they said they were out. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for the manager to help someone in front of me about some issues they had earlier in the day. And after I got home to eat, no napkins or silverware! Not a good experience and I will not go back.

Finding a complete foreign object in your meal is bad enough but to be completely ignored afterward is just straight up disrespect. Wouldnt recommend

Lost my appetite and any desire for chipotle moving forward.
