  Stopped in only to get something soft after a long dentist appt. & empty stomach. Asked for something like a malt, ended with a soft freeze with a spoon. It was good. The interior has been remodeled. They were still working on something as 1 bathroom was closed. Middle of afternoon so lots of parking.

  My elderly father (70 years old) visited this Wendy’s location in Laguna Hills at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday, February 13th. He ordered a double-patty burger, and unfortunately the bottom patty was completely raw. This is absolutely unacceptable. My father has medical conditions and did not realize the meat was undercooked until he had already eaten most of the burger. Serving raw beef is a serious health risk, especially to elderly customers. Situations like this are extremely concerning, particularly when you think about past food safety incidents in the fast-food industry where undercooked meat caused severe illness and even deaths. Food safety should be a top priority at any restaurant. I am very concerned that this location may not be properly cooking their meat or following basic safety procedures. I strongly urge management to review their cooking standards and training immediately before someone gets seriously sick. I hope the store takes this matter seriously and ensures this does not happen again.
