I ordered my New York strip medium rare and it was perfectly cooked. So was my friend’s porterhouse. My other friend ordered a prime rib. They said he could only pick from 3 cooking levels. The most rare was medium well, and it was incredibly dry and didn’t taste great.

Your food is great, but I’m not going to accept being treated like that by anyone to get it.
