Placed an order ahead, showed up on time, and still waited 15 minutes for a burrito, a taco, and 2 pollo bowls. Pollo bowls even sat on the counter getting cold the entire time I waited. This should never happen. People who came in after me, and ordered at the counter, received their food before I did. Very small amounts of overcooked chicken in every item I paid for. Cold churro. Terribly unorganized and I will not return to this location. Total waste of time and money.
