From extremely rude staff, to ridiculously long wait times even after you put in an online order, to constantly pouring your cup 3/4 full, to staff not knowing what they’re doing, and finally to witnessing a staff member using the whipped cream spray bottle inside on the work floor to write something. It’s just time to walk away.

Sometimes I'm in I dip, sometimes in Beaumont or on the way to work in rialto or going home from work in Fontana, plus this Moreno valley one. This one is the I ky one where the broistas don't ask how I'm doing except for one supervisor. They don't make any small talk at all. They just don't seem to care like the other Dutch bros employees do at the other locations.

- CAconnie ayalaDec 22, 20251.0My husband and I always go to Dutch bros at least 4 times a week. We love the drinks, but the wait times at this location have become a dealbreaker. The line is consistently long and unlike other locations, we came tonight and there was no order taker outside. It’s just not worth a 20+ minute wait for a coffee. Not to mention when the order taker came outside she gave her iPad to a customer in a Tesla and then left the line leaving us without an order taker again. I really hate to be that person, but I don’t think we should be waiting this long for a drink respectfully.
- SRSelene RubioDec 14, 20251.0I ordered two coffees online while I was on my way to the location. It said the coffees would be ready in about 15 minutes. So I decided to pump gas while I waited. When drove up to the location 15 minutes later the line was insane. The drive through line went up Alicia almost by the freeway. There were two additional lines with people out of their cars. I went to the line and asked if that was for mobile order pick ups and a lady said yes and she had been waiting to pick up her coffee for 15 minutes in that line and still had about 20 people ahead of her! I had my infant and toddler with me so I couldn’t wait the whole time and ended up leaving without both of my Coffees. I understand they’re busy but why continue to take orders online if the wait time is that long? So disappointed.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
