  Waited for 20 min with no one else in line in front of me for a latte because they wouldn’t stop talking to do their job. I had to get to work and ended up being late. Very frustrating because it was something that was in their control.

  I come from Arizona where a lot of Dutch bros exist and I’ve never waited this long for a pre order mobile order. I go all the time even before they had the app! I go for sticker day and never had issues like this. Even the fountain valley locations always have it ready on time. Be prepared to come 15-20 minutes after your time at a minimum. I don’t think they have a proper system set up to handle the workload. I hope they figure it out since they are a new location. Also this was probably the least amount of drink I’ve ever gotten ( to top it off) *no pun intended :(.

  I have tested this theory more than once at this location. If you leave no tip, they will give you a cup of ice. If you leave them a dollar it will only be a half filled with ice moving forward. I will be only buying Red Bull instead of going there for a rebel I watched them skip putting the energy drink portion of the rebel into my drink this morning. Watch the kid make the drink and hammer ice into the cup while his buddy at the window just tried to distract me from watching GFY

  Super long line that took 30+ minutes to go through and it’s sticker day with no stickers. The staff had no idea what was going on the entire time. We’ve been a DB family and have gone to so many locations across the US. This location is pretty sad.

  We happened to drive past the Dutch Bros Coffee in Laguna Hills and witnessed the long lines to order in their dual lane drive-thru. I wanted to see for myself what the hype was all about, so we came back thru 1.5 hours later and thankfully for us it was no longer crowded. I ordered a Medium Maple Waffle Breve with 2% milk and 1/2 Sweet, and it was a nice pick-me-up. My daughter wanted the Iced Lemonade with additional Peach, Pineapple and Strawberry flavors topped with Strawberry Poppin’ Boba, and I’ve never seen her down a drink so quickly! I appreciate the value that Dutch Bros offers in size vs cost and the ability to customize each beverage. I saw a Starbucks across the street and if I could impart any advice to them, I’d say watch out now! PRO TIP: If it’s your first visit, sign up for Dutch Rewards and get rewarded with a free medium drink!
