- RFRachel FMar 29, 20261.0Awful, I feel bad about my experience and don’t think I will be back. I dropped my milkshake out front of the store. I asked them if they would remake it. They said okay. After I was handed this, I was told “I’ll have to charge you for it, but I’ll only charge you for a medium” like he was doing me some kind of favor with this BS milkshake. It would’ve been nice to be told,I was going to be charged for it before he remade it. Since I was being charged it would’ve been nice if he made it properly. I do admit I was super petty and snatched the $5 from the tip jar I had ran out to my car to grab while he was remaking my milkshake.

I had chocolate brownie and pistachio and my wife had butter pecan. Both were delicious. Yummy! Highly recommended Previous review Stopped by Baskin Robbins this evening for a treat. We were greeted by Asha who was professional, kind and efficient. We each got a cup with my wife enjoying pralines and cream while I had rocky road and pistachio. Great ice cream and service. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
