I’ll continue to shop here of course but the attitude of the big wavy haired highlighted woman was interesting . She never greeted me. She threw my groceries across the cash stall down to the bagger. She complained about management to the other cashier. She needs to calm down or get another job. She did thank me however but being greeted is part of the biz. As for management I bet they are awful. Probably the owner also. I too used to work in a grocery store and my managers and owners were completely awful people and awful workers. Just don’t throw my groceries that I will be eating down the register stall or make the bagger feel weird. I saw her walking out all upset, so it’s really a toxic environment for her. I’ve actually seen her this way before (though today she was in another level) and didn’t want to go to her again but at the time I set my groceries down the other cashier hadn’t arrived yet. Don’t fire her, maybe listen to her and change the problems your store is facing. Maybe even give her a raise or promote her to a different position. She’s obviously dedicated, just angry at how she feels she’s being treated. Plus there were expired products in the isles.

This was actually the worse Starbucks ever I would avoid at all costs. The woman with the pink hair was not even friendly or knowledgeable about the drinks we watched her read the little book on how to make a simple drink such as the pink drink. Not only was the service and drinks terrible we waited around 5-6 mins before anyone even was there to take our order. Had to go to a different Starbucks and get my drink remade … horrible
