- GBGreg BermanApr 4, 20262.0This place has serious problems getting orders correct. We usually want our bagels toasted- it’s amazing how hard it is to toast a bagel. You’d think they were trying to land on the moon… they manage to get our order right at most 50 pct of the time. Carefully check your orders and feel free to hit 0 on that tip button- they don’t deserve it.

- HDhope dDec 18, 20251.0My coworker placed an order and I selected the brisket bagel sandwich. When I took a bite, it tasted different and I realized it was not the correct bagel. The bagel had avocado and a flat meat patty. Within minutes I started getting itchy, and my face broke into hives. The patty was chorizo which is pork and Im allergic. No one else had ordered that bagel so I didn’t accidentally swap with anyone else. When my coworker reached out to customer service they said they gave the correct sandwich even though we included pictures of what we picked up. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Only been there twice and both times it was obvious that they have little regard for guests; borderline rude in the way they talk to people and just carry themselves in general. One worker literally walked right in front of me, almost running into me, as if I wasn't even there. No acknowledgement of the situation, then almost backed into me again. Most of the workers there have no sense of etiquette, or even awareness.
