Maybe they dye it, honestly, because there's no way it's put out fresh. Disgusting health hazards everywhere!

In recent years, I have taken to ordering my groceries from Safeway that I then pick up in the parking lot later that day. I pay the same price I would have I done the shopping. I find their shopping for me to be quite accurate and I appreciate not having to go through the store looking for things. There is no charge for this service. I did have an Instacart membership a few years ago during the beginning of Covid and I placed grocery orders through there, but they seem to charge more And I prefer to keep my grocery bill as low as possible. When I’m ready to pick up, I let them know that I’m on my way and I tell them what parking spot I am in and they very kindly bring them to the car and load them. I’ve been very happy with the service.
