Because all I got was a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese. But yet, I tasted onions and chive in my bagel that day. I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie. And the cookie was hard as rocks.

His bagel. Went in this morning got in line where we've always stood only to see a longer line to my left. I thought those were the people who had ordered were waiting for their order and needed to pay. No, it turns out they've changed where the lines line up. They ignore the people waiting over where we thought we were supposed to wait and by the time someone was kind enough to share this with me, everybody was ignoring me and that includes the staff. The line was over a dozen people deep. I don't know how businesses expect to retain customers when it takes you over an hour to get a bagel? Which is what people in line were telling me. I couldn't wait. I can't leave my husband alone that long I walked out And for the record, I want to say that I don't think it's the staff's fault. There were only two people on duty this morning and they were racing around like chickens but the bottom line is there weren't enough of them and the signage for where you do what was all wrong
