For such a high volume store, I don’t understand why there is only one employee during rush hour. Many of us having to wait 10+ minutes on our items while the poor employee is doing the best she can. She did let the other customers and myself know that she was the only one working, and apologized many times for the wait. Bless her heart, this is absolutely not her fault at all and she handled it the best she could. Clear example of how NOT to treat your employees!! I was very annoyed for her. I can’t support a business who doesn’t support their workers. This is just ridiculous. Shame on you, management.
