We walked in and they were moping all the floors so couldn’t walk anywhere. They said they were about to close and I thought that meant make it quick. I asked for a scoop of chocolate and guy behind the counter looks down and I think he was on his phone and says “Oh, we don’t have chocolate.” I look into the coolers and there was no ice cream in them at all. So if close is really 9:30pm then I guess my mistake but if it’s 10:00pm these guys prepped to close an hour before closing.

Additionally they were missing many flavors, worker skimped on the scoop and the topping, and he neglected to inform us of the 31% discount when you download the app on the 31st of a month. Tables were dirty and floor was sticky. Ice cream was alright. Very disappointing.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
