  Is a very nice store they have a pharmacy a flower shop, meats,, Deli. Sushi, fruits, vegetables everything you need.

  I visited this Albertsons today for some snacks for a party I was going to. The store was clean and the cashier was nice. What I loved most was the kids section which HD coloring books, toys, and basic items. I bought my kid a little tykes coloring book for just $6.79.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at your Albertsons location. I am a regular customer and have always appreciated the convenience and generally positive service your store provides. However, during my most recent visit, the behavior of a manager named Shannon left me shocked, uncomfortable, and questioning the standards of customer service being upheld. My first issue occurred when I made it to the checkout line, shannon was standing directly in front of the Pokémon card machine, several customers, including myself, were clearly waiting in line, yet she showed zero awareness of the people around her. She was focused on her own conversation and actions, taking her time without any sense of urgency. No apology, no acknowledgment. It was obvious customers were being inconvenienced, and yet she acted as if no one else existed. For a manager—someone who should be leading by example in customer awareness—this lack of attentiveness was extremely disappointing. The second issue happened during my transaction. When she finally got to the register, Shannon was the one assisting me. From the moment the interaction began, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She did not greet me, did not make eye contact, and spoke in a tone that felt irritated and impatient. When I asked a simple question regarding an item and its price, her response was short, rude, and clearly unwilling. Instead of helping or explaining, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. A manager should be setting the tone for friendly and helpful service, yet she did the complete opposite. It made the entire transaction uncomfortable and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. The final and most concerning issue was what I observed in how she treated her employees. While I was in line and during my checkout, I witnessed Shannon speaking to cashiers and baggers in a condescending and unprofessional manner. Her tone was sharp, impatient, and embarrassing—especially in front of customers. She corrected them in a way that felt more like scolding than guiding. There was no respect, no encouragement, and no professionalism in how she communicated. It was clear her subordinates were uncomfortable, and as a customer, it was uncomfortable for me to witness as well. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, especially by someone in a leadership role. I hope this complaint is taken seriously. I am not writing this to be petty, but because I genuinely care about the quality of service at your store. I would hate to see good employees and loyal customers pushed away because of the behavior of someone in a leadership position. I strongly encourage management to address this situation and ensure that all employees—especially managers—are held to the standards customers expect and deserve.

  I enjoyed shopping here this morning, I went here to pick up some cat litter for my client for work, the isle was easy to find (near the restrooms/pharmacy). They had lots of selections for cat litter but I knew which one I needed. The store was very clean inside. I used the bathroom while there as well which was very clean and found it relatively quick, it is also close to the pharmacy.

  Standing in line with 2 special needs boys and husband clerk went to open up another another checkstand only came half way an said next 2 in line we proceed to go over also with couple behind us a Indian lady way in back tried to cut us off while checker just stood there and did nothing..I said excuse me and she punched me while trying to explain he already pulled us over .We will no y be coming back here ever! Just let customers get violent and do nothing!! I have 10yrs working for Albertsons in past and that would never have been allowed ever!
