Yes, I know they tend to mess up orders sometimes but I know this happens because they were understaffed back then but I am not so sure now. They also do not make Caramel Frappe's properly sometimes. You will rarely get a hot and fresh McChicken from this place. This place is only good if you desperately need a quick eat and need to go fast. If you want real quality food head on down to the San Dimas McDonald's headed on Arrow Highway. They actually make premium quality food with more freshness and actually care about their customers more than La Verne. I'm simply speaking the truth here. Someone has to eventually fix this place up. Also, to those who complain over wait time when placing a mobile order, they only start making the order once you tell them the code. This is true for a lot of McDonald's and some days there could be a lot of customers which is why you have to wait in the parking lot.
