  Walked in at 6:55 PM while the store’s posted closing time is 7:00 PM. The doors were open, lights on, and the employee (Marissa) refused to serve me and two other customers, saying she had already decided to close early because it was slow. That’s not how business hours work. If you close at 7, you serve customers until 7 — not 6:30 because it’s convenient. What made it worse was the attitude. When I asked for management information, I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told to “go online.” This reflects poor training and even worse management oversight. If employees are allowed to turn away paying customers before closing time, your posted hours are misleading. Management should address this immediately.

  I love getting the strawberry surf rider and sometimes will ask for them to leave some chunks of fruit in it. Another one I enjoy getting is peanut butter moo’d

  The female that helped me with the piercings in her eyebrows and her lip and her nose, she's very rude. When you order a drink and you pay almost ten dollars , you want the cup to be filled
