  Rejected at the door because they decided to close the kitchen early on a Tuesday night during the busiest week of the year for La Quinta (Coachella). We used to come here a lot. Maybe they just focus on lunch so they don't disappoint customers.

  Been here several times and each time it’s a different experience so consistency is an issue. First time, came mid afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender couldn’t have been nicer, more attentive and accommodating. So much so we switched our family dinner reservations to here. That night, service was slower and we were left needing refills on salsa and waters. Skip the Suizas but the Fundito and crispy tacos are what to order. Third time, I have no idea what was happening. It again was mid afternoon and not crowded but everything was off and it was a let down. They short pour bar drinks and have a limited beer menu. Family owned and operated so i love/try to support locals like this… but it’s just not dependable.

  Reliably good food and margaritas. Nothing fancy, but so solid in every way. The servers were all friendly and helpful. Loved the fajitas and mango margaritas. Skip the rim salt/sugar, not necessary and it's extra. Add the money you save to your tip instead. We went several times in our two week stay. Yum!

  After the LaQuinta Art Celebration, we were hungry, and a friend said she had been here and it was very good. I ordered Chili Relleano and enjoyed it so much. Way too much to eat, so I had it for dinner too. See video for our tableside guacamole. Definitely would go back if I am in the area.
