It was passed the time that they were open and she assisted me anyways true customer service and with a willingness, this company is lucky to have her as a part of their team. My husband decided we were not going to purchase a couple items and she looked at him and told him to put them back on the shelves instead of taking them which he did but it made the line grow and then gave us attitude about it. We wanted to pay with a gift card and again her attitude towards us was ugly and looked visibly annoyed that we didn’t know how to use the gift card and offered no help. She also did not offer us the rewards card so we did not receive the sale prices. Lastly I am pregnant, I was not offered any help with bagging the groceries. Please treat people better
- LPLisa PoolDec 23, 20254.0One of the nicest and cleanest of the big box grocery stores and the small Starbucks located inside is our often go to because the staff is so nice 😊 This Von’s is very old school so there is no self-checkout. If you’re in a rush this isn’t the grocery store for you they tend to be super short staffed on the registers and the Boomers can take really long to get in and out of the checkout line 🙆♀️ Trader Joe’s or Stater Bros across the street might be the better choice if you’re in a hurry. Very well stocked but a higher priced grocery chain.
- EBE BDec 20, 20251.0Both bakery girls are rude. I made an order on line, I called to confirm the order over the phone and it was as I was wasting her time. I called the day of pick up to make sure it was ready, it was not. I told her when I made order on line it would be picked up at 11am. She said, “well she went to lunch and is not finished.” No apology no customer service what so ever. When I picked it up in person, I said hi I am here to pick up my order. She yelled at co worker. “She’s here.” Again, no customer service and rude. Both on the phone and in person. I honestly just left. Vons, both these employees should not work here as it seems they both hate working for you and hate working at your bakery.
