You pull in before people, but your order is taken after 7 other cars because you are reliant on the person taking your order in your line and if they are slow then now you are behind everyone on the other side. The dutch I go to in Washington goes back and forth so the line flows. This is insane and would honestly make me consider not coming back. Its irritating and stressful trying to figure out who's next, etc. I mentioned it to the team and they just ignored me as if I didnt say anything. The wait times are also atrocious. Because of the way they do their lines, you can be stuck in line for 15+ minutes sometimes. For coffee...no thanks.

It was also very expensive for the size they were 2 slidder sandwich for $6 dollars but the sandwich literally fits inside the palm of my hand. I am never ever getting this slider sandwich ever again besides it being small it was not good at all i rated it a 0/10. I honestly thought the size would be like the McDonald's McDonald's muffin because of the pricing but no 👎
- ZSZoe StatenDec 7, 20252.0I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and the giant ginger started repeating the words chocolate shake even though it’s not the same thing. Now thinking back I’m pretty sure he just really wanted a chocolate shake because he was also giggling to himself. After that he walked over to the next car and started letting crusty dogs lick his hands and I don’t recall him going back to wash them. If you have an allergy to dogs I’d be careful because he probably infested the entire area. I strongly recommend not to go to this Dutch bros but if you have to, don’t interact with the ginger.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
