I order a butter cookie drink and I got the worst drink ever . I went into the shop and told the staff this is not what is shown on the Dunkin web and all the instagram talking about it . Instead the staff open my drink and added creamer and say here you go now it like the picture . So rude and disgusting. I will never have my drink from this place . If there is a zero star I will give it to them .

Not only was the associate at the drive through un-able to take our order accurately at 4pm (a slow time for them). The donuts were hard as a rock and ever drier than that. Worst $8 dollars I've ever spent.
