The cashier asked me to use the kiosk, but I explained that the kiosk wouldn’t accept my discount (Senior ). She then asked me to scan my ID, but I told her I didn’t want my personal information in their system. At that point, she became rude, said “Then I can’t help you,” mumbled something under her breath, and walked away. Several customers behind me commented that her behavior was rude, and one of the employees on their way to lunch looked at me with what seemed like embarrassment. I decided to leave. I've noticed that since the installation of the kiosk machines, the quality of customer service and the friendliness of your staff have significantly declined. I know I'm just one customer—but you've lost this one.

Gave my aunt a hella disgusting face just cause the cashier didn’t hear her say 2 rice orders. And then the food overall was alright but the tomato salad thing that they give in small containers was expired.. it tasted horrible. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if they keep the cashier my aunt encountered today you can go if you want someone to give you a disgusting face, roll her eyes at you.. etc.
