Went in there with my son and my cousin to use our gift card we got 3 scoops of ice cream to be told that the machine is not taking gift cards. We stood there for about 10 minutes so she can keep sliding it and entering in the numbers and it did not work. There was no sign on the door they didn't warn us prior that the machine isn't taking their gift cards. You would think if that's a form of payment they would advise that it's not working. Just like if their machine wasn't taking credit cards I'm sure they would have assigned cash only. They should have given us our ice cream for free because that was their error for not informing us but instead they made us use a different form of payment that in turn caused me to overdraft. I don't know if this is a franchise but I am definitely going to speak to corporate about this

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
