- LGlily Gusman1 day ago1.0They had the cars literally bumpers touching because they wanted all the cars to fit. They even made me go back and forth to make more space . Line wasn’t even that long for them to have us done that. Services was terrible looks like they were in a bad mood. Been to plenty Dutch bros and the energy is amazing here so rude and miserable. The employees taking the orders won’t loss of the orders they were already taking because they were too busy directing the drivers to move closer to each other.
- UKUna KohNov 15, 20251.0I wish I can give 0 star. I’ve been to this location three times now, and I still don’t understand the hype around Dutch Bros. The drinks are just okay—some bland, some overly sweet—and definitely not worth the wait. Speaking of the wait, it’s consistently at least 30 minutes every single visit. The line management is terrible, and there’s no separate mobile-order line, so both lines end up merging and making things even more chaotic. Customer service has also been disappointing. The staff often come off as rude and unorganized. There was one visit where a customer held up the entire drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes, and the worker didn’t attempt to move her aside or direct the flow of traffic. Everyone else just had to sit there and wait. Overall, the long wait times, inconsistent drinks, lack of efficiency, and poor customer service make this location not worth the hassle.

So they made me another one and after driving away it was still the wrong drink. It also had regular milk when I could only drink oat milk.

For the price it seems unfair to be missing this much in it :/
- SOSamantha OrtizNov 3, 20252.0So, I came in Sunday, Nov. 2nd at around 3pm, I was ordering at the window and the worker at the time (young American girl with a bandana on) was being so passive aggressive. She would literally though a backhanded remark but try and get away with it by showing a huge smile on her face so it came off as “friendly”. She was actually very rude and I noticed her acting like this towards other people….. this location needs a new front window worker because that impression is very important. I wouldn’t go to this location anymore after this experience.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
