- LLLorraineOct 30, 20251.0DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY HERE! So I ordered through the web and the first red flag was they said they were out for delivery at 6:20pm but on the tracker the delivery car sat in one spot for 20 mins then finally made it to my unit by 7:05which is crazy because this location is literally only 7mins away from my apartment anyways when the food came one pizza was burnt and really dry we called the location we were told they never got a order from us so then I went up to the location the lady tried to say again the pizza didn’t come from there I then showed a online receipt with saying it came from that location now she saying for a refund she has to recharge my card in order to do a refund I then pull out my phone to record because I’m letting her know that makes no sense let me speak to the manager she says I am the manager and rolls her eyes I then tell her what u asking to do makes no sense why would u charge me again to give me a refund when you already got the first payment she then says we’ll come back tomorrow and I’ll give it back at this point I’m puzzled because that also makes no sense I ask why would I have to come back tomorrow when I paid today did y’all have to wait till tomorrow to receive the money ? After some back and forth and now she see I’m upset she says well I can cancel the order and that will give a refund back to your card …..idk why she didn’t just start off with that she was getting a thrill with playing mind games until I started to record (Elizabeth made the burnt pizza and Jose was on the late delivery) (10/29)
