- MHMiesha HudsonJan 1, 20262.0This location is usually great, but today not so much. We ordered a lg peanut butter milkshake ( which is $10.99) and this is what we were handed. Definitely not a large and Definitely not peanut butter chocolate. Then when I questioned about flavor and how the cup wasn't full she did not know how to respond. We accepted the milkshake with the different flavor and I had to ask twice to charge me for a med size. So just watch your portion sizes when you go, disappointing for the price you pay

I'm not one to like cookies, especially Oreos, but the mix of this ice cream flavor and cake just works! I've been coming to this location for the past few years, and the quality and service just never disappoint. While having family over from Mexico I introduced them to this cake and they loved it. The owner/Baker will work with you to make your designs come to live. The people working the counter make each encounter a special one. They always have a smile on their faces and although a cold treat, they make the place feel warm and cozy!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
