  I tried the new BLT and egg breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Although my order was to go, the place was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. 😋

  We had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread and won’t be returning. The customer service was poor from the start. When we politely asked the cashier if we could try a couple of soup samples, she rolled her eyes at us, which felt rude and unwelcoming. We ordered soup in bread bowls, expecting a decent portion, but the amount of soup was shockingly small—honestly not even enough to fill my 10-year-old. When I brought this up to the manager, hoping for some understanding or a solution, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He insisted that the portion was correct and didn’t offer any help or accommodation. On top of that, the dining area was in bad shape. We struggled to find a table because many of them were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, between the poor service, tiny portions, unclean environment, and high prices, this was a very frustrating experience. Definitely not worth it, and we won’t be coming back.

  No vegan options. You have to pull ingredients from the vegetarian options and pay full price for the shame that’s left.

  Ordered a full meal with drink and when I tried to get my drink they said that it wasn't on the order even though I could show it to them on the app that I did order it and I was told that I would not get a refund. I would not get anything exchange and if I wanted anything else I would have to just pay for more which I immediately grabbed my food and left.. extremely rude customer service. These people do not care about you and I will never ever ever ever come back here. I also waited about 35 minutes for my food after after the time it said it should be picked up. They just didn't make it I had to say something about it and then they started making my food. So great service guys...
