- QDQuynh DoDec 11, 20251.0This was our fav subway to come and order the sandwich but today, I found the worker extremely rude. The bread wasn't baked well, and when I asked for veggies, he had barely added anything. There was only two pieces of everything I asked for. When he asked if I wanted more, he told me it would cost extra. I was getting furious. And when I asked if he just started working here and he said no. He charges everything extra other people dont but he does. Then he said "Go ahead and send a complaint about it, that's fine” what kind of services that is? So rude. Then my daughter asked for a cup of water he said no cup. Usually we asked for water and other worker did give us some water. But this guy had a bad day today or something and the way he acted was super rude. Im not gonna come back here anymore. I rather go somewhere further but has a better service.

- SHSaran hallJul 29, 20251.0I went in today on my lunch break, and there was a long line. I waited patiently to be served by a rude worker by the name of Tamara. She burnt my food and when I told her the food was burnt she proceeded to pick the burnt parts out and continue to give it to me. When I told her it was not edible she told me to go to the end of the long line and wait again. I told her my break was only 30 mins and I had already spent 20 mins in line waiting the first time and I cannot wait again. She was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked her her name she looked at me as if I had asked nothing. I was able to see the name right before leaving which was located on her hat
