The place was DISGUSTING. The manager was HIGH OUT OF HER MIND and the poor teenager cooking in the back looked SO UNCOMFORTABLE. While waiting for my food I watched the intoxicated manager come out of the back door mumble to herself and touch the dirty chairs to put them on top of the dirty tables in an effort to let me know the lobby was closing in 27 mins. She then barehanded picked up random trash scraps around the soda machine , then proceeds to come around the front counter and begin touching food, areas where food touch, areas where food is prepared WITHOUT WASHING HER DAMN HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THE DIRTY CHAIRS AND TABLES. The took a nasty looking rag and wiped the coffee syrups pump nozzles down with it and I almost gagged. Upon being handed the food I looked at the manager closer and her eyes were bloodshot, and her uniform looked like she hadn't taken it off to wash it in weeks. She slurred her words and couldn't seem to finish a sentence. She was going a million miles an hour while just spinning her wheels walking in circles. Needless to say we threw the food away but sadly that included the receipt with the order number date and time. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED
