  No me gustó me pedí unos taquitos pero se supone que de pastor y me traen flautitas osea según son taquitos pero no nada q ver

  Beautiful restaurant! The live mariachi band was so fun. The server was nice and checked on us often. Unfortunately, the food was very bland. I ordered the carne asada tacos, the sliced steak was plain, and unseasoned. The corn tortillas for the tacos were undercooked; the only saving grace were the beans and rice. The chips were nothing to be impressed about and the salsa lacked flavor beyond cilantro. I’m not sure why this place gets such good reviews beyond the atmosphere. Especially for the price this place is not worth it, there are far better places to eat Mexican food in San Diego!

  I had a very disappointing experience due to the hostess, Jackie. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. She refused to seat me in an area where other guests were already seated, without giving a clear or reasonable explanation, which felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. What made it worse was her attitude toward the staff member who was walking me to my table — she was giving him attitude for absolutely no reason, and even he seemed confused by her behavior. It was awkward and unnecessary. Customer service starts at the door, and Jackie’s behavior set a very negative tone. I hope management addresses this, because no guest (or employee) should be treated this way.

  We love to come to casa de pico once a while for true authentic Mexican food. Their food is very tasty and prices are fair compared to others. The only thing I dislike is that their ceviche does not come in a plate but rather in a cup like a shrimp cocktail. The ceviche is bland and we have to add sauces to fix it. But other than that, all their food is great like the fajita and enchiladas.

  We've been here a lot of times and today was not a good day them. The food was tasty and fresh, but we did have to wait almost 15 minutes, after we were sat, to be asked if we wanted drinks and got our chips and salsa. It was not a good start and it was the bus boy who noticed us and brought us chips and salsa and told the waiter about us. After that horrendous start, it was as usual - good job.
